The Sodir Versa Commercial Electric Crepe Maker has one 3/8"
thick, finely polished cast iron plate that is 15-3/4" in diameter. The
surface is a highly scratch-resistant enamel coated over stone blast cast-iron
that eliminates the need for seasoning and discarding the first few crepes to
come off the plate. Features an independent adjustable thermostat that ranges
from 120 F for re-heating cooked crepes to 450 F for singeing crepes. A warming
drawer is built into the heavy-duty stainless steel frame. Produces about 1
crepe per minute.
